Our remote software allows our technicians to directly control your desktop to resolve many issues quickly without requiring a service visit – thus saving valuable resources like fuel and time. This software can be used to perform many tasks on desktops and servers and, in some cases, to configure and troubleshoot routers and other network devices. It also gives us the flexibility to survey, troubleshoot and monitor some issues prior to coming on-site if necessary.

AOur remote services cost less than sending a technician on-site. Best of all, our software is fully encrypted and not owned or controlled by any third parties, unlike most other vendor’s remote service offerings. This means there is no middleman to increase security risks or service costs.

Below is a list of services that typically can be performed using our remote desktop services:

	Some malware and virus removal
	Server monitoring – including virus and data backup monitoring

While many services can be performed using this software, there are exceptions such as different types of hardware installations or upgrades, new computer and server setup.
